Customer Portal

Q: Do I need to sign up for a customer account?

A: You do not need to sign up for one to register for one of our courses.

The purpose of creating a customer account is to allow you to see all your registrations in one place, and to facilitate our administration processes should you need to do any transfers, refunds or substititons (see below). We also use the information to keep track of which organisations are registered with us to inform our future programs.

Transfer and Refund Policies

Q: Can I cancel or transfer my registration, and if so, what fees are involved?

Transfer

You may request for a one time postponement of the programme with the preferred programme date. However, you are to complete the chosen programme within the calendar year.

An administration fee of $50 (inclusive of GST) may be incurred per additional postponement request.

Refunds

Payment made: If you has made full or partial payment, a refund of programmes fees will be determined based on the cancellation notice and reason provided.

Payment not made: In the event of withdrawal or cancellation when payment has not been made, you will incur an administrative fee of $50 (inclusive of GST). An invoice for the administrative fee will be sent to you upon confirmation of withdrawal/cancellation.

If you opted to pay via organisation, it may take up to 30 working days to process the refund for you depending on the card issuer.

If you opted to pay via credit card, please note that the credit card transaction and admin fee will not be refunded.

Substitutions

Q: Can I change the participant to someone else from my company?

A: Yes. You should be able to make the request through the customer portal when you sign up with an account, or through a link in your email confirmation. However, if payment has not been made, it might be advisable to cancel the original registration and submit a new one. Do email us if you face any difficulties navigating the system.

Payment Terms

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Payment terms are clearly specified on the registration form. If there are any extenuating circumstances that prevent you from making payment before the start of the course, do write in to let us know, and we will work it out with you.

Q: Can I still attend the course if I cannot make it for the full duration?

A: Full attendance for all days of the training is compulsory to achieve the training objectives. However, please write in to us and we will work it out with you.

Q: Will there be alternative/ makeup sessions for days where I did not attend?

A: If you are unable to attend the programme fully, we seek your understanding that there will be no alternative/makeup sessions for non-attendance.
